Whether playing techno or tech-house, So is well-known for a soft, melodic, and emotional style, where all the pieces are delicately tied together. As a dj, as an organizer with Mindgames, or as a promoter for his own Tri-Bute parties, So has had an big impact on the club music scene here in Japan.

My best known project, the "METAMORPHOSE" festival is the biggest electronic music festival in Japan. Metamorphose first began in 2000, soon establishing itself internationally as one of the best electronic and dance music festivals in the world, which now gathers together some 20,000 people. After spending 4 years in London in the late 80's, I became heavily influenced during the second summer of love. Upon returning to Japan in 1991 I started organising & DJ-ing at underground parties in and around Tokyo. Rapidly gaining notoriety for my DJ-ing skills and diverse sets I found myself being invited to play in clubs all the way across Japan. Establishing a name for myself on the back of this success, I took my dj carreer worldwide, travelling across the globe & playing in the major cities of Asia, the USA, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. I have a residency at Reboot, one of the respected, the longest run Techno party in Japan which celebrated its 11th anniversary this year. I am also a resident at Fiercesounds, playing regularly for them in Japan & in London. I have released a harc techno Mix CD "Reboot 2" in 2003, tech house Mix CD "MUSA" in 2007, minimal Mix CD "CB SESSION in 2008, and "A PIECE OF TECHNO" in July 2009.

She went through listening to variou...Born in a family of professional musician, Yukina was raised in a house where she woke up to a full blasted Enya or Yann Tiersen every morning. She went through listening to various genres of music like J-POP or Rock, but her spirit of "enjoying music loudly" brought her to a club. There, she had a fateful encounter with techno-esque, progressive dance music. As a DJ, Yukina has played at WOMB, YELLOW, ageha, and AIR repeatedly, and in 2008, she organized and played as a hosting DJ at a party, "DuenDe". The party was based on a concept of [mesmerizing all the stoic music lovers] with all female DJ's, and became popular. Currently, Yukina has been starting on writing music, while continuing to challenge the party scene of today.

現在、偶数月の第一日曜日に青山Spiral B1F のアジアン・レストラン・ラウンジ"EATS and MEETS Cay"にてDJ NORI、Alex From Tokyo、DJ FUKUBA等と共にKenji HasegawaがレジデントDJとして開催しているサンデーアフタヌーン・パーティー、『Sunday Afternoon Session "gallery"』は、今年で９周年を迎えるが、クラブ界のベテランから幼い子ども達までが一緒にひとつのフロアーで音楽をシェアしている真にパーティーらしい雰囲気をもったパーティーだ。そして、普段はその"EATS and MEETS Cay"のミュージック・ディレクションも務めつつ、水曜日?金曜日のディナータイム（18:00?）でDJプレイ中のほか、国内有数の老舗ホテル、"HOTEL NEW OTANI"の夏の夜の名物『ナイトタイム・プール"MAI TAI"』と同ホテルが誇る美しい日本庭園を臨む巨大ラウンジ『ガーデン・ラウンジ』でのDJディレクションも5年以上に及び務めている。
また、自身のMix CDシリーズ "Colours Of Time"2枚をエイベックスのRhythm Repubricレーベルよりリリース。また、昨年暮れからスタートした、国内外の旬のハウスミュージックをチョイスしたドリー・ミュージックからリリースされている人気コンピレーション『LOVE GENERATION』シリーズの監修とノンストップ・ミックスを手掛けている。
