幅広く独自の視点で紡ぐ彼の音楽はコアな音楽
ファンから絶大な支持を得て いる。
2006年にはMelbourneで開催されたRed Bull Music Academyに参加し、
Bluenote、Motownを支えた伝説的名プロデューサーMizell Brothersらとも共演。
そして2008年11月には、世界中のアーティスト/DJが注目する
Gilles PetersonのRadioProgram"WORLDWIDE" において、
ゲストミックスに招待される。
現在はロンドンを拠点に絶えず世界中を飛び回っており、
東京在住時には、"absolute!!"、"Exposure"、"Culture"等、
数々のユニークなコンセプトのイベントを主催。
同時期に、"absolute!! Sounds From Tokyo"をリリース。
このアルバムでは初めて、Karizma、Simbad、
PharoaheMonch、Dego等、海外のトッププロデューサーと共に、
新しい世代の日本人アーティストの楽曲も収録。
JAZZ/HOUSE/TECHNO/HIPHOP/SOULが違和感なく、
QUALITYMUSICをコンセプトとして巧みに融合している。

Nomadic Soul is the product of a vast array of musical influences and 10 years experience as an international DJ and musician. The album blends together the organic sounds of jazz, afro, funk and soul with the deep and sometimes dark electronic edge of house, techno and hip hop in a unique and original way that will appeal to both a wide range of music lovers and club DJs.
Aroop's eclectic work as a producer has been supported worldwide by numerous tastemakers including Gilles Peterson, Bugz In The Attic , Kyoto Jazz Massive, Patrick Forge and Laurent Garnier.
In 2009, his compilation “absolute!!:Sounds From Tokyo” was released worldwide to critical acclaim and he was invited to do a guest mix on Gilles Peterson's legendary Worldwide radio show.
Currently based in London, he is constantly travelling across the globe. During his time in Japan, as a DJ and event organiser, he took Tokyo by storm holding a firm reputation as one of the most forward thinking people in the scene. His events absolute!!, Exposure and Culture all enjoyed immense success whilst opening people's ears to a wider range of music than ever before. He is also resident DJ at Geneva's long running superclub La SIP.
In 2006, he was selected to take part in the prestigious Red Bull Music Academy where he had the chance to work with amongst others, legendary Motown producers the Mizell Brothers.
Nomadic soul includes collaborations with much in demand Toronto diva Sacha Williamson whose sultry voice graces the huge dancefloor anthem The Lonely Years. London soul artist Lyric L the voice behind the broken beat hit Loose Lips brings her contagious flow to bruk house club banger Step Back. The melancholic rap and soul of Barcelona based vocalist Sara G is featured on the dark and jazzy techno number Ain't That Sweet. Highly respected US poet and rapper Replife skillfully navigates the twisted syncopated hip hop beats of Stand Up whilst UK Jazz singer Sarah Winton brings the album to a close with an angelic performance on the beautiful Lilly.
