TrnchことDave TwomeyとはUK出身DJ Daveのディープな一面を表現するうえでのDJ兼プロデューサー名。ベルリン、デトロイトにマンチェスターの早朝4時などの時間帯で用いられるダブでへヴィなベース、トリッピーな音の影響をフルに受けた、Tr nchとしてそしてそのMariana Dub Sessionセットはテクノが生まれた80年代の音までも取り入れる。Basic Channel、Donato Dozzy、DeepchordやBerghaim Berlin （Resident Advisor 2009 ベストクラブ）などのアーティスト・クラブに影響を受けたTr nchとしてのセットはとにかくどこに行っても聴けないものでしょう。Tr nchとしてのポッドキャストはすでにMLZ （Modern Love)やPeter Van Hoesen （Time To Express)などの称賛を受けており、そのPeterとはTr nchとしてのリミックスも共同プロデュース。これからのリリースに期待ください。さあ、いざマリアナTr nch（海峡）へダイブインしてみては。

The Tr nch sound explores the underbelly of techno - pulsating, throbbing soundscapes that mirror & draw their influences from the darkness & mystery of the the deepest place on earth, the Mariana trench in the Pacific Ocean. The Tr nch DJ set is a deep, ephemeral, liquid session of techno drawing on a deep love of electronic music, vinyl & a 12 year DJ career which has seen Russia, Argentina, China, Chile, Germany, Paraguay, Brasil on tour and Japan, as resident for 8 years.
The Tr nch DJ set represents the sound of MARIANA, his Japan-based deep techno event project. Past guests include the likes of Ben Klock, Peter Van Hoesen, Mike Parker, Cio D'Or, Delta Funktionen & Pendle Coven and the MARIANA DUB SESSION PODCAST, showcasing the Mariana sound, has received praise from the likes of MLZ & Van Hoesen. The first Tr nch 12-inch release is a collaboration with Okinawa's IORI? on TIME TO EXPRESS. Described by one member of the press as 'mesmerising' the track has already got rave reviews by Laurent Garnier, Chris Liebing, Konrad Black & more. More production collaborations, Mariana tours & events in Europe & Japan & a Mariana vinyl label are in the works for 2011. Roll depth charges …
