Rory Phillips is an iconic dj of the London club scene. He played alongside Erol Alkan at the legendary party "Trash" and when Erol decided to retire from the weekly party scene he passed the night on to Rory Phillips who took over as headliner and renamed the party "Durrr." If you are from London and you know the scene, you definitely have been to "Durrr". It is one of the "it" parties mixing up live shows by bands like LATE OF THE PIER, DIGITALISM, FOALS, SOULWAX, SMD, MYSTERY JETS, THESE NEW PURITANS and guest dj sets by people like A-Trak, Faris from THE HORRORS, and quite regularly Erol Alkan himself. Aside from djing, Rory Phillips has also remixed Chromeo, The Gossip, Little Boots and Telepathe.
