Cio D'orは常にDJセットを通しての方向性を持っていて、プレイしながらそれを伸ばしていく。感情的でカリスマ的なCioのスタイルはハウスと言うよりは テクノ、しかしアンビエントからトリッピーでアップビートな音まで自由自在に操る。デビューレコードは瞬く間でGroove Magのチャートを登った。ソロプロジェクトの他にもGabriel AnandaやPaul Brtschitschなどともコラボレーションをしているため、彼女のレコードは多くのアーティストのレコードボックスを占有している。また、コラボ レーションのパートナーの選択は常に音楽性と友情が基となっており、最近ではDonato Dozzyとの作品、MentaをPeter Van Hoesenのレーベル、Time To Expressよりリリース。2009年10月にはアルバムDie FasterをPrologueより発表。Donato Dozzy、 Sleeparchive、 Function、Pendle Coven、Samuli Kemppiによるリミックスが含まれる。

Cio D´Or never seems to stop moving as she DJ's. Her dj sets arise from an idea, which she develops and threads through her set. Emotional, extravagant and charismatic, Cio´s style is more techno than house, from ambient through to trippy, pulsing techno. Her debut record dashed rapidly into the Groove mag Charts & early solid releases solo & with friends such as Gabriel Ananda & Paul Brtschitsch propelled her into the record boxes of many. In her tracks Cio values individual sound elements, which she emotionally packages into topic-related dramaturgy. She selects her co-productions according to musical proximity and her friendship as with Donato Dozzy and Gabriel. She released 'Menta', co-produced with Donato Dozzy early in 2009 on Peter Van Hoesen's Time To Express including a remix by Peter himself & in October 2009 released her Album “Die Faser” on Prologue with remixes by Dozzy, Sleeparchive, Function, Pendle Coven & Samuli Kemppi to widespread acclaim.
