１９９７年最初の楽曲Sonic 75を制作する。TelepopmusikのメンバーはStephan Haeri, Christophe H?tier と、 Fabrice Dumontで構成される。彼らの音楽はエレクトロニックミュージックが基本にある。T?l?popmusikはＳｏｎｉｃ７５で、高い評価を受け、パリのインディーズレーベルと契約をする。１９９８年初シングル“An Ordinary Life”がリリースされる。２００２年初アルバム“Genetic World”は賞賛を受け、全世界で２５０，０００枚を発売する。本アルバムはフランスのグラミー賞にあたる、Les Victoires de la Musique 賞ベストエレクトロニックアルバムにノミネートされた他、グラミー賞でベストダンス曲にもノミネートされ、その後ジャネットジャクソンともコラボレーションを行う。アルバム発売後T?l?popmusikはモスクワ、イスタンブールからグラストンベリーフェスティバル、ニューヨーク、プエルトリコ等、１００回以上ライブを行う。Ridley Scott監督の娘、Jordan Scottによって２００１年ＬＡで撮影された、楽曲Breathe用のプロモーションビデオは、とてもスタイリッシュで、フランスのＭＴＶやヨーロッパ全土でヘビーローテーションで放映された。２００２年夏、'Breathe'はヨーロッパのダンスフロアーを席巻し、様々なクラブリミックスが世界的なエレクトロニックアーティストによって作られた。アルバム２作目Angel Milkは２００５年Ｃａｐｉｔｏｌレコードより全世界で発売され、Ｃ．Ｓ．Ｉ、Nip Tuck, the L World等の有名なテレビ番組で聞く事になる。t?l?popmusik は現在アルバム３作目を製作中で、２００９年発売を予定している。
Antipop aka Telepopmusik’s first single was released in 1998 on the independent record label catalogue under the misleading name 'An Ordinary Life'. A few years later their first album 'Genetic World' received critical and public acclaim following nominations at French Grammies Les Victoires de la Musique Awards and the US Grammy Awards, and a successful collaboration with Janet Jackson.With more than 250,000 copies sold , 'Genetic World' became one of the very few French albums to boast sales worldwide. During the marathon-like tour that followed the album’s release, Telepopmusik played over 100 concerts from Moscow to Bogota, Istanbul, New York, Puerto Rico and the infamous Glastonbury Festival.
Antipop`s new record label 'Refuge Records' launched in 2006 with the first release being a collaboration between Antipop and Asia Argento titled 'Vampy'. Since then further collaborations have seen Antipop produce tracks with Siskid and Tokyo`s own CAP with 'Pimps Love' being released internationally in 2009.
