ドイツ・ハノーバー出身。30年のキャリアを持つ大ベテランであり、プログレッシブハウス／トランス／テクノを代表するDJ／プロデューサー。13歳でDJ活動を開始。90年代後半にはポール・オークンフォルドの“Perfecto Records”と契約。2002年にアルバム『LOUD』、05年にセカンドアルバム『Pictures』をリリース。両作ともダンス＆ロックの名盤としてポップス層まで巻き込むヒットを記録した。リミックスにおいてはデペッシュ・モード、ファットボーイ・スリム、モビー等を手掛け、数々のクラブ・アンセムを生み出している。2008年、スヴェン・フェイト主催のレーベル“COCOON”から『Subtellite』をリリース。2010年、DJミックスの名物シリーズ『BALANCE』の第17弾を手掛ける。また最近ではイビサの人気クラブ「DC10」のテクノ・パーティー「CIRCOLOCO」に出演するなど、いまだダンス界の第一線で活躍するDJだ。

From Hanover, Germany. With 30 years of experience under his belt, Timo is a DJ/producer that represents progressive house/trance/techno. He began to DJ when he was 13 years old. He signed with Paul Oakenfold’s “Perfecto Records” in the late 90’s. In 2002 he released his album “LOUD”, followed by “Pictures” in 2005. Both albums were acclaimed to be a great record for dance & rock, and were a huge hit even in the pop music genre. He has done remixes for Depeche Mode, Fatboy Slim and Moby, creating several club anthems. In 2008, he released “Subtellite” from Sven Vath’s label “COCOON”. In 2010, he mixed the 17th edition of the famous series “BALANCE”. Recently he has performed at techno party “CIRCOLOCO” held in Ibiza’s popular club “DC10”, and continues to stand strong at the frontline of dance music.
