ホームタウン・コペンハーゲンでDJを始めたPETER PIXZELは、ロンドンのアンダーグラウンドシーンへ進出してからも、特別な存在感を放っている。彼がレジデンシーを務めるウィークリーイベント‘Wet Your Self’は、わずか6ヶ月で多くのファンを集め人気となった。プレイスタイルは、「テクノとミニマルをベースに巧みな演出でフロアを熱狂させる。」とイギリスの人気ダンスミュージック・マガジンMix Magにも評価される実力の持ち主。さらに、ロンドンで開催されている名パーティBugged Out!を始め、 TDK FestivalやTrailer Trash,Ministry Of Sound,1234 Festival,The Key,Dramaへの出演も果たしている。海外ではベルリン、ミラノ、コペンハーゲンなどで開催されたイベントに召還され、世界的なDJ（Miss Kittin, Boys Noize, Martinez, Pig & Dan, Jo Jo De Freq, Rui da Silva, D.I.M, Punks Jump Up, Hannah Holland, Patrick Bateman, Mikki Mostなど）と同じ舞台に立つほどの実力を持つ。また、自身のプロダクションを構えてリミックスワークや楽曲制作も行っているPeterは、今回で２回目の来日となる。アンダーグラウンド・ミュージックの本場ロンドンのエレクトロ・サウンドの“現在”をお聴き逃しなく！

Shortly after he started spinning records in his home town of Copenhagen Peter Pixzel moved to East London where the developing dirty electro scene suited the electro/techno/minimal beats that he is now renowned for. 2007 has undoubtedly been an exciting year for Peter Pixzel.
As resident DJ of weekly club night Wet Yourself, Mix Mag proclaims that his ‘well crafted four-hour techno/minimal set’ sets the temperature for the night. In just six months, Wet Yourself seems to have ‘assembled a colourful clientele and a strong word of mouth buzz, from Shoreditch to at least the west coast of Germany.’ In addition to his weekly residency Peter Pixzel has been playing at Bugged Out!, TDK Festival, Trailer Trash, Ministry Of Sound, 1234 Festival, The Key, Drama, Canvas, Egg and a number of popular East London clubs.
Internationally, the past year has seen Peter Pixzel play gigs in Berlin, Milan, Copenhagen and Ljubljana with more still to come. He has played alongside Djs such as Miss Kittin, Boy Noize, Martinez, Pig & Dan, Simian Mobile Disco, Kissy Sell Out, Jojo De Freq, Rui da Silva, D.I.M, Punks Jump Up, Hannah Holland, Patrick Bateman, Mikki Most and of course his resident Wet Yourself partners, Cormac and Hunsley and Gunz. Aside to his increasing work as a DJ, Peter Pixzel is continuing to produce his own music with exciting prospects in the pipeline regarding his own production and the remixing of other musicians’ works.
