^DJ 副島 ショーゴ

17才でDJを始め18才から都内各クラブでDJプレイをスタートさせる傍ら、渋谷の某レコードショップのアンダーグラウンドヒップホップバイヤーを勤める。21才で楽曲製作を始めたのと同時期にラップグループ『Astro』のDJとして加入。後にAstroはBMG JAPANと契約。現在Astroとして、フルアルバム2枚、ミニアルバム2枚、シングル2枚をリリース。Astroが放つ、HIP HOP、ELECTRO、HOUSE、POP MUSIC、等、様々なジャンルを用い、Astroとして各地でライヴを行なう傍ら、クラブイベントでのDJプレイも積極的に行なう。主にDJプレイ時には、ELECTRO、FIDGET、BAILE FUNK、HIP HOUSE等を軸に、渋谷asia、代官山air、新木場ageHa、原宿UC、青山ever、大阪、札幌、等、都内だけでなく全国各地のクラブでDJを行なう。サポートDJとして、WISE(TERIYAKI BOYZ(R))、西野カナ、SAWA、IMALU等のDJも務めた経験を持ち、2010年7月21日、Astroとしてのフィーチャリング、プロデュース作品となる、佐々木希 / 噛むとフニャンfeat. Astroをリリースし、オリコン6位を記録。2011年2月23日、副島ショーゴ / DONUT!! TOUR(MIXCD)をリリース。2012年、ギターリストimaizumiとのELECTRO DISCOユニット、Tha Under Stars(T.U.S.)を結成。現在アルバムを制作中。

Shogo Soejima (Astro)After learning how to DJ at age 17, Shogo has played at numerous clubs in Tokyo since turning 18. During this time, Shogo also worked as a buyer of underground hip hop music for RECORD SHOP Shibuya. While starting to produce his own music at age 21, Shogo joined the rap group Astro as the official DJ and has since signed with record company BMG JAPAN. After joining Astro, the group has released two full albums, two mini albums, and two singles. Astro presently performs countrywide with its funky mix of HIP HOP, ELECTRO, HOUSE, and POP music.His genre mainly focusing on ELECTRO, FIDGET, BAILE FUNK, and HIP HOUSE, Shogo currently DJs at several large nigh clubsin Tokyoincluding club asia (Shibuya), AIR (Daikanyama), UC (Harajuku), ever (Aoyama), as well as at other venues all over Japan.He has also performed as the support DJ for major artists such as WISE (TERIYAKI BOYZ), Kana Nishino, SAWA, IMALU, etc. On July 21, 2010, Astro has released the single: “Kamuto Funyan feat. Astro” with Nozomi Sasaki which debuted at No. 6 in the Oricon music charts. On February 23, 2011, DJ Shogo Soejima / DONUT!! TOUR(MIXCD) release.Shogo continues to raise the musical bar through his performances with Astro as well as an independent DJ.
