土臭い音楽を好む2人によって結成されたDJ/LIVEユニットherba。
Yutaka kondo・Takaaki Suzukiの2人から発信されるサウンドは、2人の全く違う音楽のバックボーンを最大限に生かし、ディープハウスからミニマル〜テクノ〜ジャズ〜レゲエまで縦横無尽に駆け回る。既存の曲をその場でEDITして自分たちの色に染めながら展開していくLIVE SETでは、Takaaki Suzukiがターンテーブル、サンプラーを扱い、Yutaka kondoはターンテーブルと鍵盤をたたき、新たな旋律、新たなビートを即興で加えるといった何がおこるか解らないLIVEは一見の価値あり。
これまでに、BASTI GRUB(Hohenregler)、PHEEK(Archipel)などを迎えてニュースクールハウスパーティー「bein」のレジデント／オーガナイズを行ないながら各所で黒めのグルーヴだして活動中。

DJ/LIVE unit herba, united by the common liking for sounds. These two guys, Yutaka kondo/ Takaaki Suzuki express their different backbone as no limited music. Deep house to minimal, techno to Jazz and Reggae, their sounds have all kinds of music on a string. In a LIVE SET, Takaaki Suzuki handles sampler and Yutaka Kondo plays key board. With their created new beat and melody, even the known tracks colored into herba world. No one knows what is going to happen, the LIVE SET surely worth seeing. As working in deep sound range party [bein] as resident and organizer, they keep goings on and on their movements all around Tokyo with their lovely deep sounds.
