Dead Peasant, Vancouver, Canada (Techno, Tech Trance)
Founder of the SWASS party and Disco Kryptonite (Osaka, Japan). He is now signed to the UK record label FTC and his tracks have been making waves in the underground techno and progressive scene. His latest release is a remix of Nigel Mihell and Pinkfinger's "Reloaded" and has gained support from such artists as Meat Katie, Jim Shaft Ryan of Moneypennys, Dylan Rhymes, Soul of Man, Danny Slade & Paul Hughes - just to name a few. Progressive Grooves has signed his remix of label boss Mikas’ “Platinum” and his EP is set for release by FTC in November of 2010 featuring Jenna Jream on “I Want You,” a progressive trance floor rocker along with “Tengpow” and “Bodywork”. Although a producer now, Dead Peasant was better known formerly by a series of monikers including ClubCliff, Booze Lee and Oldboy for dropping high energy, heavy hitting techno and tech-trance incorporating turntablism and a stage performance you would be mad to miss.
