関東を中心に活動するDJ/トラックメーカー。2008年に活動を開始し、ヒップホップやジャズ、ソウル、レアグルーヴ等を独自の観点から咀嚼した遊び心のあるプレイスタイルを軸とし多様なジャンルで活動する。
レギュラーイベントである「裏技」(毎月第三水曜@池袋BED)をはじめとして東京都内、横浜、および地方でのPick Up DJなど精力的に現場での出演をこなす。過去にSmif-N-Wessun, Purple People, DJ KOCOらとの共演を果たす。クラブシーンにおける活動に留まらず、ファッション団体「赫(かく)」主催のファッションショーや鋳金家 赤沼潔氏の個展の音楽を担当した経験を持つ。
近年はトラックメーカーとして、DJ活動において培った知識と柔軟な発想を活かし、ヒップホップやR&B、レゲエ、ハウス等のラッパー、シンガーに楽曲を提供している。
dj bamboograss has wide sphere of djing covering hiphop,jazz,soul,rock and so on.
His djing or composition works always make so unique and smooth groove.
dj bamboograss has co-starred with some famous musicians such as Smif-n-wessun, Purple People.
His activity covers not only djing in clubs but fashion show and some independent movie soundtracks.
