2000年、本格的にDJ活動をスタート。
「おもてなしのこころ」をモットーととし、パーカッシヴなトラックを軸に,
グルーヴィーなヨーロッパサウンドを展開。
2003年、韓国の老舗クラブM2にて初の海外デビュー。
その後、日本国内の様々なBig Partyに出演し、2006年にHadsoul来日プレイの前座を務める。
Pacha World Tour in Tokyoに出演を果たし、2007年よりHedkandiのレジデントを務め、
楽曲活動もスタート。
2009年、上海DJ tourを大成功に終え、
Farm RecordよりElectric Funk名義でMimosaをリリース。
2010年3月、AVEX TRAXより倖田來未/大切な君へ/DJ Ryuzo702 Remixをリリース。
これまでにHardsoul,Axwell,Dirty South,Fedde le Grand, Arno Cost,
Norman Doray,Mischa Daniels,Chuckie,Tiger Stripes,Desyn Masiello,
Darren Emerson,Wez Clarke(Hed Kandi),Mark Brown(Cr2)
Andy Warburton(Hedkandi),Sarah Main(Pacha Ibiza)等と競演。
日々精進あるのみ。

DJ Ryuzo hit the ground running on DJing in 2000.
With his motto "HOSPITALITY", DJ Ryuzo plays groovy percussive based European sounds
In 2003, he played at a well-established club "M2" in Korea. It was the first time for him to play in a foreign country.
In 2004 and 2005, he had played in various big parties within a country.
In 2006, he was a warm-up DJ for Hadsoul in warehouse(tokyo).
In 2007, he started playing as a resident DJ for Pacha World Tour and Hedkandi.
In 2008, he started producing music under the name of Electric Funk/DJ Ryuzo.
In 2009, Shanghai DJ Tour was a great success.
In his career, he has played with Hardsoul, Axwell, Dirty South, Fedde le Grand, Arno Cost, Norman Doray, Chuckie,Mischa Daniels,
Tiger Stripes,Darren Emerson,Mark Brown(Cr2),Desyn Masiello,
Wez Clarke(Hed Kandi), Andy Warburton(Hedkandi), Sarah Main(Pacha Ibiza),
Darren Emerson,and more...
In 2010, DJ Ryuzo is rocking on with his music production and DJing.
