東京都内の主要クラブで活動後海外進出しアメリカ・ロサンゼルスやオランダ・アムステルダム、韓国・ソウルの主要PartyにGuest出演する。
2005年5月のAmnesia Ibiza Japan Tourに参加、同年夏に日本人として初めてイビサ屈指の巨大クラブAmnesiaのForm Party「Espuma」でGuest Play。日本国内では六本木velfarre、渋谷Wombでのレギュラー出演と同時に2004年よりHappy & Groovy House Party”Delight”のオーガナイズをスタート、青山Fai、渋谷Amrax、渋谷La Fabrique、新木場ageHaで活動を展開。
2007年よりHed Kandi創設者として知られるMark DoyleのレーベルFierce AngelのOfficial Partyである”Fierce Angel Japan”をスタート。2008年にはAmnesiaの「People From Ibiza」「Espuma」でPlay。
2008年にNeuron Attack feat Yuki Furukawa - Funk Da ViolinのRemixを担当し国内外で注目される。2009年にはスペイン・バルセロナのProducer、Oliver Schmitzとの共同名義で「Tokyo Connection」をRobbie RiveraのJuicy Musicよりワールドリリースし、Carl Cox を始めとする世界のTOP DJにプレイされAmnesia、SpaceのIBIZAを代表する2大クラブのコンピレーションCDに収録されるという快挙を達成。
またMac Zimms and Nima Nas - Walk Away (DJ Shu-ma & Oliver Schmitz Remix)はオランダ最強のダンスレーベルであるSpinnin' Recordsからリリースされる。
2009年よりパートナーであるDJ Tomo Asahinaと共に"Fierce Angel Records"のオフィシャルDJに正式に加入。
「Proton」を始めとする世界各国のRadio配信サイトで自身のMix Showを積極的に提供するなど自他共に認めるJapanese Ibiza Style DJとして活動中！

DJ Shu-ma has been DJing last 20 years based in various Tokyo Clubs, famous for his Happy and Uplifting DJ style. Up till now, DJ Shu-ma played in Los Angeles U.S.A, Seoul Korea, and Amsterdam Holland as a guest DJ.
On May 2005 summer, DJ Shu-ma joined Amnesia Japan tour, and goes to Ibiza Amnesia’s world famous night “Espuma” as a guest DJ.
In Japan, DJ Shu-ma has a residency in Asia’s one of the largest club “velfarre” and “Womb”. At the same time, since 2004, he hosts a party called “Delight” at various night clubs in Tokyo, including the Japan's biggest capacity night club called "ageHa".
Since 2007, he started Mark Doyle’s (also known as a founder of Hed kandi) official label party “Fierce Angel Japan” and make a series of joint the party with Eric Kupper, Steve Simpson, Martin Wright, and Mark Doyle himself.
On 2008, DJ Shu-ma once again returned to Amnesia as a guest DJ, played for the party “People From Ibiza”.
As a production side, DJ Shu-ma produced Neuron Attack feat Yuki Furukawa "Funk Da Violin (DJ Shu-ma remix)" and this track topped in the Japanese download chart. This track later rose to worldwide radio-chart.
On 2009, DJ Shu-ma produced and released a track called “Tokyo Connection” with Oliver Schmitz (based in Barcelona Spain) from Robbie Rivera’s Juicy Music label. This track has been played by world premier DJs, namely the one, Carl Cox.
DJ Shu-ma deploys energetic activity and his unique “Ibiza oriented” Balearic House DJ style wows audiences in any dance floor on all over the world.
