The unique and daring style of mixing that is exhibited by Groove Patrol in his sets has earned him a solid reputation as a true underground House DJ.
He is passionate about pushing his sound as not a specific genre, but a blend of many influences from Jazz to Disco, Funk to Techno, Old Skool to Hip Hop, all with an undercurrent of groove that stays true to his moniker.
Using elements from his musical upbringing, he has been able to fuse together these sounds to create sets that are aimed at 'changing the way you listen to the music' irrespective of genre or relevance.

Having DJ'ed around the world in addition to promoting his Phonika event in Tokyo, Groove Patrol has been able to maintain a distinct freshness to his sound with a continued devotion to the underground. In 2010, he now finds himself the co-founder of Audio | Tokyo Electronic Music Festival which aims to bring a brand new festival concept to the worlds largest metropolis. Four massive arenas with the very best in Techno, House, Hip Hop and Electro with a healthy mix of top Japanese and international DJs and Live Acts.

In the last 12 months Groove Patrol has supported the likes of Pier Bucci, Pepe Bradock, Samuel L Session, Dyed Soundorom, Bodycode, D`Julz, Louie Vega, Xavier Morel, Oliver Ho, Exercise One, DJ Three, The Revenge, Adam Beyer, Joel Mull, Akufen, Guillaume, Chic Miniature, Shur-I-Kan, Fumiya Tanaka, Andrea Ferlin, Motor City Drum Ensemble, Sety, Funk D`Void, Derrick May, Francois K, Milton Jackson, Mountain People, John Tejada, Tania Vulcano & many more. Spinning regularly at Tokyo`s premier nightspots allows him to constantly push his very own take on electronic music.
