Phoenix \\\\\\\'\\\\\\\'B.E.A.T.\\\\\\\'\\\\\\\' Player 、プロデューサー、DJ。これまでにバンドBrave Race(’02)や初のソロ作品Phoenix Beats(\\\\\\\'04)、WISE & SONPUB(\\\\\\\'05)でのリリースのほか『風の人』『APE SOUNDS』（A BATHING APE）でのリリース&活動を展開。楽器演奏から作曲&トラックメイク、MIXエンジニアまで幅広く持ち合わせた才能でRip Slyme、湘南乃風、テリヤキボーイズ、Def Tech、MONGOL800、オレンジレンジ等数多くのプロデュース&制作活動もこなす。\\\\\\\'07年末DAFT PUNKワールドツアーの\\\\\\\'\\\\\\\'Dafunk Fest\\\\\\\'\\\\\\\'にてオープニングアクトも務める。2008年9月10日UNIVERSAL MUSICと自身のプロダクション『PHOENIX PLAYERS』より1st メジャーアルバム『80 T.O 08 HAHA』（エイティトゥゼロエイト ハハ）をリリースし、2008年度のiTuneベストエレクトロニックアルバム（ジャパニーズ）に選ばれる。世界水準かつ世界へ向けられたオリジナリティとアイデアに富んだサウンドは今なお国内を問わず海外でも多くの支持を獲得し、2009年3月にテキサスのオースティンで行われた世界3大音楽産業FES『SXSW』（サウスバイサウスウェストに出場し大成功を納める。VJのDIAGRAMと共に繰り広げる息の合ったLIVEは必見。Rock、Hiphop、Electro、Techno、Houseファン全てを楽しませる。【Michael Jackson/Beat it】【Daft Punk/ONE MORE TIME】のリミックスを期間限定Free配信し世界中でプレイされており、2010年夏ファットボーイスリムのレーベルSkint（UK）から【Fatboy Slim/Weapon Of Choice -SONPUB REMIX-】が2010年８月16日にBeatportより世界に向けて配信された。また2011年8月10日デジタルシングル「SHOW THEWORLD / TOGETHER, EVERYBODY」をリリースしiTunesエレクトロニック部門では2位にチャートインをした。そのほかキャノン、ウィダー、ソニーなどCMソングも多く手がける。

Sonpub’s backround in music started when he went to London in his teenage years. Since starting under the moniker of Sonpub he has produced for the band \\\\\\\'\\\\\\\'Brave Race\\\\\\\'\\\\\\\' (02) and as sonpub, “Pheonix Beats” (04) and “WISE & SONPUB” (05). In addition to this he has produced for \\\\\\\'\\\\\\\'Kaze no hito\\\\\\\'\\\\\\\', APE SOUNDS?, and A BATHING APE?
Inspired by Electronic, Dance, Urban, Soul to rock, pop and alternative, Sonpub has acted as a producer and mix engineer for such well known Artists as Rip Slyme, Shonan No Kaze, Teriyaki Boyz, Def Tech, MONGOL800、Orange Range . In 2007 Sonpub was selected to support Daft Punk For the Tokyo Leg of their world tour.
In September of 08 Sonpub released his major debut “80 T.O 08 HAHA” on Universal Music. It was selected for itunes best of 2008 electronic music ranking. The originality of his music has also led him to play various places outside of Japan. In March of 2009 he played at \\\\\\\'\\\\\\\'South by South West\\\\\\\'\\\\\\\' in Austin Texas to warm crowd receptions
Sonpub has also helped to establish the party “KATS’” as one of the premier parties in Tokyo and all through Japan. It is known as a club night for lovers of Rock, Hip Hop, Techno, electro and house.
Sonpub remixed and released free via download【Michael Jackson/Beat it】and【Daft Punk/ONE MORE TIME] which were heavily downloaded and included into DJs all over the worlds playlists. In 2010 Sonpub’s entry into the Beatport “Fatboy Slim Weapon of choice remix” competition beat 400 other entries to make it into the top 3. It was then officially released on Skint(UK) in September of that year.
Sonpub has also worked on music for commercials for Canon, Sony, Morinaga Seika.
