2018年6月21日から7月1日までの2週間、ミシガン州で開催される「Electric Forest」は例年に負けず劣らず、目移りしてしまうほど豪華なアーティストが勢揃いしている。
Brendan Kaplanという少年は、親からElectric Forestに行く許可を得る必要があった。そのために彼は「なぜElectric Forestに行く許可を与えられるべきか」というパワーポイントのスライドを作成した。

Brendan Kaplanがこの記事をElectric ForestのTwitterアカウントに送ったところ、Electric Forestは彼を応援すべく、独自のプレゼン資料を送付した。Twitterのリプライにはこの4枚だけ貼られていたが、DMではもっとページ数の多い資料が送られていたようだ。

Electric Forestはこのプレゼンテーションが上手く行ったらフリーパスをプレゼントするというサプライズを用意。さらに「#LetBrendanGoToElectricForest (BrendanをElectric Forestに行かせて)」という応援用ハッシュタグまで出現し、Electric ForestはBrendan Kaplanを熱烈にサポート。
最終的には、ついにBrendan Kaplanの母親がTwitterに現れ、これまでのBrendan KaplanとElectric Forestとのやり取りを見て感激。無事、Brendan KaplanはElectric Forestに行く許可を得られたようだ。
