An ex-owner of the Groove Attack record store and label, Worgull has carved out his distinguished career that has consistently garnered avid fans by remixing tracks by the likes of Jazzanova, Karma and Kabuki as well as teaming up with Danilo Plessow aka Motor City Drum Ensemble for the Vermont project. His solo productions have appeared regularly on Innervisions since its launch in 2005. His 2018 single Broad Horizons represented the label’s foray into the dub and reggae spectrum. Centred around effectively lean grooves akin to his productions, Worgull’s DJ sets combine his modern take on disco and trippy house, rightly amplified with sporadic nostalgic songs that give the dance floor an elegance of longing for the very moment.
