CLUB HIGHLAND will reopen this month in Tokushima with their Grand Opening Party on January 24th. Hip-Hop, R&B, and EDM music will play all night long while clubbers dance and mingle under the disco lights. As an added bonus there is an open 5-hour "all you can drink" bar available for 3000 yen for men, and 1000 yen for women.
