Popular chocolate Ghana sold by Lotte Co., Ltd. and popular ramen shop Menya Musashi have announced a Valentine's Day collaboration with a limited number of chocolate ramen called Miso Ghana 2023 from Saturday, February 4, 2023 to Tuesday, February 14, 2023. This year, they developed miso ramen with the theme of making people feel unvirtuous by blaming Valentine's Day.
Lotte will also present a slice of Ghanaian milk to customers who order as a surprise gift!

This year marks the 15 year anniversary of our Choco Ramen initiative, and we went back to basics and added this year's version of "Dishonesty" to the Miso Ramen we developed in the first year. 1 cup contains about 0.7 sheets of Ghana milk. All the elements overlap to add depth to the flavor, including roasted pork bacon with smoked bacon coated with premium garlic dark milk and char siu sauce, and special meat dumplings with raw chocolate. Try it on Valentine's Day.
2 Special miso soup is sometimes made with special miso sauce with smoked and flavored praline to add depth.
3. The special roasted pork bacon is made by marinating pork ribs overnight in a special sauce and smoking them. It is further coated with char siu sauce and premium garlic dark milk, sprinkled with cacao nibs, cinnamon and salt, and finished with chocolate scented bacon.
4. Our special meat dumplings are made from raw chocolate made from Ghanaian milk and pistachios, wrapped in shiratama dumplings, then wrapped in meat dumplings and deep-fried. Take a bite and Ghana will melt from inside.
Customers who order will receive Choco Ramen and a slice of Ghanaian milk as a present at the restaurant as a relief.
