ORANGE BATHROOM started in 2016 as a DJ event where you can enjoy rock music, mainly UK/US rock, with a blast of sound, and
has had many good times with everyone so far, including a total of 14 regular events, as well as LIVE events and other related events.
ORANGE BATHROOM has now decided to hold its long-awaited second LIVE event in March 2025.
ORANGE BATHROOM GIGS VOL.2 will be held!
This time the venue will be changed to Shibuya LUSH and HOME and the event will be held as an event that can come and go between the two venues.LIVE ACTS include Acidclank (Solo Set), Giallo, CheChe, Killer Beach and many more, influenced by a wide range of rock culture, but not limited to rock. The DJs are not so-called ‘conversion DJs’, but rather they play a wide range of ‘sounds I like now’ and ‘sounds I'll always like’, from obscure songs to classic tunes, while keeping the usual Orange Bathroom atmosphere centred on UK/US rock at the core. Each DJ will play a wide range of ‘sounds you love now’ and ‘sounds you'll always love’. DJs from OASIS NIGHT TOKYO, one of Japan's largest oasis fan events, and 963 APARTMENT, a vintage clothing sales collaboration event, will also play.
In addition, George Williams, DJ of ‘RADIO. RADIO.’ on interfm, will be participating as a guest DJ this time! We're looking forward to seeing him play.
I have met many UK/US rock lovers in the course of organising ORANGE BATHROOM. It's strange to think that if we hadn't done this event, we would never have met, danced, talked and made friends together sing-alongs.
I feel that we have been able to create a simple but unique place where people who like the same kind of music gather to listen to the music they like.
It's hard to talk to other people at live shows, but at events like this it's fun to talk to people unexpectedly, and the connections and expansion of people that are born from this is something you don't get often. I hope we can enjoy the music we like from a slightly different angle than usual in our own ways.
A band playing a song that feels like something you like, a DJ playing a song by a band you like, or a song you don't know but are curious about... I hope it will be a great night for everyone to let themselves go. Regulars, event newbies and those new to ORANGE BATHROOM are all welcome. Minors are also welcome.
Singing, dancing, talking, enjoying drinks... let's make it a great night in our own ways. Feel free to come and go as you please. We look forward to seeing you there!
