It's not often that Gatecrasher's most globally acclaimed DJ Residents appear on the same billing and it's certainly not often that they do a special b2b set to celebrate 25th birthday festivities.

As most may know, Matt Hardwick retired from DJ duties back in 2011 to focus on his legal career. He left behind a legacy and devoted following in Sheffield so it's always a pleasure to have him return to share the decks for this unique occasion.

Just listening back to this mix, gives me personal goosebumps as Matt and I wanted to steer away from the typical classic anthem fuelled Trance mix which seems to be doing the rounds lately. We carefully selected the tracks for the night with more emphasis on what made the Gatecrasher compilations so superb, good quality tunage.
