Workout sequence:
40 seconds work / 15 seconds rest / 2 sets per exercise

1. DB Goblet Squat
2. DB Alt Reverse Lunge
3. DB Romanian Deadlift
4. DB Glute Bridge
5. DB Side Lateral Raise to Press
6. DB Front Raise
7. DB Bentover Row
8. DB Renegade Row
9. DB Floor Press
10. Push Up to Chest Lift

Repeat for another 1 more session if you like!
