40s Work / 20s Rest / 2 exercises alternating every minute for 4 mins / 1 min rest in between each circuit / 4 Circuits

A - Knee Tuck
B - Heel Tap

A - Plank Shoulder Tap
B - Knee to Toe Touch

Circuit 4
A - Leg Raise with Hip Lift
B - Bicycle Crunch
