Fritz Zander, born in Minneapolis, MN, but raised in the southern German city of Konstanz, made his move to Berlin at the end of the 90s, where he quickly became ingrained in the city's legendary house and techno scene. Through his production, remixing and, most of all, his DJing skills, he has been a regular at every party, club and festival that matters, in what is now widely considered the european mecca of house and techno.
For many years he was an integral part of the Bpitch Control label family, producing and remixing for their A list of artists such as Ellen Alien and Paul Kalkbrenner, releasing his own singles alongside Sven Von Thülen as Zander VT, and playing worldwide at their infamous label nights. In addition to his work with Bpitch, Fritz has been a part of numerous other Berlin based musical projects, with one example alone being his role as a founder member of The Whitest Boy Alive with Highfish and Erlend Oye, a band he later left to concentrate on his solo endeavours.
