^DJ Dom Pang

大阪のアンダーグランドのイベント”CODA”を立ち上げた一人でもあるDom Pangは、メルボルン、ロンドンそして日本で１１年のDJ活動をしてきた。彼のミックスは、Slick Mix(シャープでスムース)に、おもしろいトラックを合わせ、ベースの効いたヘビーなサウンドが特徴である。

Dom Pang has 12 years of djing experience behind him - having played regularly in Melbourne, London and Japan. His sets are characterised by slick mixing, interesting track selection and bass-heavy beats.


Dom Pang is now making a name for himself as a leading underground minimal and techno DJ in Osaka and is a crew member of Oasis Radio, Voltage, Subvert and the highly renown CODA crew, which he founded in 2007. His DJ mixes can be heard every friday at 11pm ww.oasis-radio.net.

Musically trained as a guitarist, his influences range from punk and metal to dub and new romantic. Since witnessing the one and only Jeff Mills play in London in 1994 he traded the 6-string for some decks and set about searching for the perfect tekno bass line via the sacred medium of vinyl. While the pursuit continues, Dom Pang has diversified his tastes in electronica joining Australian Drum and Bass and Hardcore sound systems AKA and Dysfunkt in addition to guesting with other tekno rigs and running his own projects.

He aims to promote a party culture that has nothing to do with money and everything to do with the music, the people who come to enjoy it and the power of a creative, temporary autonomous zone.
