shina-G（G）とmika-R（B, Vo, electronics）によるマスロック／エレクトロ／ポストロック／音響＋αバンド。フェスティバル出演を含む2度のUSツアーを敢行、Bellini、Mick Turner（Dirty Three）、K.（Karla, Ruth, Dan from Ida）、Because of Ghosts、Art of Fightingなど、海外アーティストとの共演も数多い。また6月に埼玉の巨大サッカー場、埼玉スタジアム2002で行われるフェスティバル「ぐるぐる回る2010」にて、LOOP STAGEのキューレーターをつとめる。
セルフレーベル・repunitより『pelican eel finds a light』をリリース。レーベルliftのコンピレーション『14 new RIPS』に1曲参加。2010年にはUKツアーが予定されている。
