Elsa Kopf composed and wrote almost all of her sophomore effort "Marvelously Dangerous". Her jazzy-folky songs are now enriched with a subtle electronica soundscape, reminiscent of Beach House, Au Revoir Simone, Emiliana Torrini…
Whether she sings in French, English, Spanish or German (she’s fluent in these four languages), the shades of her reveries go from a hazy grey-pink mix ("Viento") to blood red ("The Painter"), with drops of acid yellow humour and Prussian blue clouds ("The Ship", currently featured in the first movie directed by the popular French comedian Alex Lutz).
Following the steps of her producer’s band Peppermoon, Elsa Kopf has reached a bigger audience in Asia than in her native country.
She’s one of the very few French singers who performed live on Chinese national channel CCTV.
In Korea, she played on various important tv and radio shows ("EBS Space", SBS "This Beautiful Morning", MBC "Music Camp"), and she has just recorded the theme song of a new TV series ("My Lovely Bride"), broadcasted on OCN since June 20.
Elsa Kopf’s 3rd album will be released in early 2016, and will confirm her polychrome talent, with electronica, folk and 60s pop flavors.
