DJ FLOURISH プロフィール

1995年　DJ活動スタート、間もなく渋谷CAVEでレジデントDJとして数々のパーティーをロック。1997年4月渋谷HARLEMオープンから7月まで土曜日NO DOUBTでレギュラーDJとして活躍。
同年7月、単身渡米。NYでのDJ活動をスタート。
NYではDJ KAORI、DJ HIRONYCらとともにCLUB SPEED, NV, LIME LIGHTを中心に数多くのビックパーティーをロック。1999年ブルックリンを拠点にすると同時に50 CENTらのマネージメントをするVIOLATORがマネージメントを担当、MIXTAPE DJとしてニューヨークのストリートをロックする。ストリートではあまりの人気に海賊版が出回るほど。一方、ROCA FELLA、DEF JAM、UNIVERSAL、INTERSCOPE等、大手レコードレーベルからも高い評価を受ける。
R&BスターAALIYAHの死後、MIX TAPE「MEMORY OF AALIYAH」を渋谷のMANHATTANレコードが逆輸入し限定発売したところ、即日完売。このMIX TAPEを皮切りにFLOURISHのMIX TAPEはニューヨークの最新のホットミュージックが体験できるという噂と共にひろまり、日本のMIX TAPEシーンへ。MEMORY OF AALIYAHをリリースした直後にリリースしたMIXTAPE 「What Woman Want」シリーズは計３タイトルリリースしたが、すべて１０００本限定リリースにも関わらず、すべて即日完売。ネットオークションでも当時相当の高値で取引されるほどの人気を博す。
2003年にはニトロ（DABO）のHITMAN JAPAN ツアーでツアーDJとして日本中のクラブをまわる。同時に東京ドームで毎年12月に開催される日産X-TRAIL JAMのメインDJを6年連続勤める。
その後、DJ FLOURISHはセレブパーティーを中心に日本、アメリカ、フランスを拠点に活動。
2007年12月、日本最大のストリートWEBマガジンUSTIMES.JPをプロデュース。毎月100万人以上がチェックするサイトに発展。2009年4月からサイトと平行してUSTIMES MIXTAPEを毎週2本という世界でもトップクラスのスピードでリリースし、あっという間にアメリカでも最も注目されるMIXTAPE DJの一人になり、MIXTAPE アワードにもノミネートされ、2009年9月にはアメリカで絶大な人気のウェブサイトThatcrack.comで 日本人として初の MIXTAPE アワード (Mixtape DJ of the Month)に選ばれる。アメリカでの注目度は更に高まり、遂には世界で最も売れてるHIP HOPマガジンXXLにもPICK UP DJとして掲載される。
現在はアメリカで最も人気のあるDJ集団COAST 2 COAST MIXTAPE DJsのオフィシャルメンバーとして最新音源をアメリカから提供され、アメリカ、フランス、日本に新たな風を巻き起こし世界のトップDJ としての地位を確立しつつある。
2009年12月にはマレーシアの新しいクラブMONO MONOにゲストDJとして招待されクリスマス、大晦日のビッグパーティーをロック。アジアへの進出も果たす。
FLOURISH started his Career in 1995 in Tokyo, Japan and he had been DJ in couple of clubs. However, Hip Hop wasn’t big enough in Japan that moment so he decided to move himself to United States soon. Once in the states he started to DJ at local famous clubs like Club Speed, Club 205, NV, Shampoo, 40 Flavor, Caviar Lounge and so on.　He began to work as regular DJ and spread notability gradually. On the other hand, he kept on releasing his MIX CD regularly in his neighborhood Brooklyn area. Back to Japan in 2002 he promoted his own party “BASEMENT BOOTH” @ Shibuya Nuts every Tuesday. In Dec. 2008, FLOURISH produced UStimes.jp. This website grow up really fast and within 6 month he got a million viewer each month. DJ FLOURISH had been official member of Coast 2 Coast Mixtape DJs since 2009. He was elected to Mixtape DJ of the Month of Sep. 2009 on thatcrack.com.


DJ YUMA

昭和58年東京は立川に生まれ、高校入学と同時にDJを始める。
西東京を中心に、都内では渋谷NUTS、ASIA等の大箱や六本木
Natureでのキャリアを重ねる。現在は東京各地の多数のイベント
にゲスト出演し、ファッションショー等様々な活動の幅を持ってい
ると共に,六本木Club CrunkにてメインDJとして活躍。
常にフロアを意識した選曲で日本人はもちろん外国
人からも熱い支持を得ている。その活躍は留まる事を知らず、
週末はすべて営業でスケジュールが埋まってしまい、海外、地方
からのオファー等、現場での活躍も目が離せない。

幅広い選曲と流れのある選 曲でフロアの雰囲気を作り出す「CLUB DJ」としての
感性が高く評価され、２００９年にはDJ ENVY・RED CAFEらとの
全国５カ所のツアーも成功させた。
彼はなぜ「CLUB DJ」というスタンスにストイックなまでに追求し続けるのか？

From 1997, DJ KAIYA has been a Club DJ. Co-staring with other famous performers and gaining a reputation in and around Yokohama, Tokyo area for the various BIG events. As one of Tokyo`s premier Hip Hop CLUB DJs, he creates a positive and hype atmosphere on the floor with a wide selection of tunes. This established DJ has even toured the country with celebrities such as DJ ENVY & RED CAFE in 2009.

Although born in japan, Musiqconcierge spent his young days in Vienna,
Austria, where he was influenced and inspired by a very mixed culture.

He started his DJ career in 2008, but more recently has performed
along side artists such as Aron-T、TOWA TEI、Dimitri From Paris、Mad
Mats(Raw Fusion)、AYUSE KOZUE、joe lean and jing jang jong、Robots In
Disguise、Cheeky Cheeky And The Nosebleeds...etc.

岡山県出身。
３歳からピアノを、５歳からクラシックバレエ、ソルフェージュを習い始め、幼い頃からステージに立ち、作曲もした。１１歳の時、ピアノのコンクールで勝ち抜き、オーケストラと共にリサイタルで演奏する。
幼少期から音楽と踊りの基礎を身につけた彼女は、１７の時、大阪に移り住み、Reggae/R&B/Hip Hopの音楽に魅せられ、それまでとは違ったジャンルのダンスを学び、ダンサーとしてステージ活動を始める。
２００５年、NYに移り住み、作詞?作曲?歌手活動を始める。シンガー、ダンサー、振り付け師として、数々のTV showやMusic Video,ステージに参加する。
２００９年末、帰国し上京。これからの日本での活躍が期待される。

Mami Sue became interested in the ever so popular reggae music scene, and at the age of 17 became a reggae dancer, performing quite often in and around the Osaka area. It wasn't until 2005 where she gathered up the courage to take her talent abroad to New York, where she started to gain experience as a singer/ song writer, at the same time performing live as a dancer and a singer. She even had appeared in a hand full of TV Shows, once again showing her gleaming talent as a performer, but now gaining international recognition.. Now, back to Japan, Mami Sue now resides in Tokyo where she once again plans win over her fans with her sexy sassy attitude, her strong soulful voice.

MADYOURNOTME

LA South Centralで生まれ、幼少の頃から家族、友人を通しHipHop カルチャーの中で育つ。
ABCを知る以前に、Rakim,NWA、LL Cool J、 KingTeeなどの数々のHipHopアーティストの曲を
聴き、影響を受け 彼の人生にとってHipHopは欠かせないものとなる。
１３歳でラップを始めたが上手くいかず、１７歳になった頃にはMCとしての キャリアを諦め、
ストリートビジネスに手を染める。 後にストリートビジネスの経験が彼にHipHopが一番だということ
を気付かせ 現在のMCとしての活動を本格的に始める。 １９９ｘ年に来日し、１９９９年に自身のレーベル、
Fox Hole Entertainment Top Notch Pro. を兄、Foxと共に立ち上げ、東京、神奈川、名古屋を中心に数々のイベントに出演。
又、Basement Booth Promotions (a.k.a. B.B. Promo)のメンバーとして東京の夜を盛り上げる。
フリースタイルを得意とし、言葉を巧みに使いMCバトルでは負け知らず。 今後もイベント、ラジオ、CDを通しHipHopアーティストとして活動予定。


Born and raised in South Central Lost Angeles 1981. Grew to Love everything about Hip Hop. My Family is,Hip Hop deep rooted in Hip Hop! Before I knew my ABCs I knew lines to Rakim, NWA, LL Cool J, King Tee,EPMD, Gangstar. Hip Hop is and always will be apart of everything that is growth. Back to me and my history started rapping at the age of 13.I was garbage but I kept doing what I was doing to the age of 17. Pretty much gave up and didn't think it was going to happen. So I started to get in to the skreets that helped me to realized that hip hop was the best thing going. Hip Hop! Every since 1999, I've been Hip Hop C.E.O. Fox Hole Entertainment Top Notch Pro and a proud member of Basement Booth Promotions!!

DAVID WHITAKER

Began performing in the Hip Hop group Tricloptic Nerve as Sage Sensai(mc) with Name Basic(mc) and DJ Sonar Tricloptic Nerve traveled the Southeast US sharing the performance stage and opened for groups such as Mars Ill, Remnant,
DeepSpace5, The Listener and Heath McNease. In August, 2005 David moved to Tokyo, Japan and began performing simply as David Whitaker. Since moving into the Tokyo music scene he has shared the stage and worked with many talented local and international artists from many different genres. David's voice can even be found on the Dragon Ash release "Best of With Changes Vol.2"(2007) in the song "Wipe Your Eyes"

American born Jason Young has been singing R&B, Soul, and Rock and Roll for 20 years and what had started as part a time hobby, singing in nightclubs and open mic nights at local cafes, had turned into a full time passion, as more and more people across the Kanto and Kansai area began to recognize his unique talent and melodious voice. Jason has been developing his singing career by performing at events in and around the greater Tokyo area as well as a hand full of shows in the Kansai area including, Osaka`s popular Shinsaibashi club district. His style is R&B, Neo Soul, mixed with Hip Hop with inspirations ranging from Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Luther Vandros, Music Soulchild, Usher and Ne-Yo.
