Modality's obsession with electronic music began in the late 90s in Seattle's gritty warehouse rave scene and continues today in Tokyo's immense, glittering clubs. Both producer and DJ, Modality has spent countless hours refining and honing his skills to a bleeding razor's edge. A connoisseur's connoisseur, Modality endlessly seeks out and produces the newest, hottest, deepest underground cuts to satisfy his audience's thirst for more, and he has performed at events with many talented artists from diverse backgrounds, including Mustard Pimp, Ten, Taku Takahashi, Donovans, Pony Pony Run Run, Matt Cab, and many of Tokyo's top up-and-coming local DJs, and he has graced the turntables at many of Tokyo's finest venues, including Warehouse702, Liquid Room, 57, Velours, Ruby Room, and more.
