海外滞在後、2000年よりJAZZY ROCK AND ROLLバンド『THE SCRAP CREATOR』結成。VOCAL&GUITARを担当し、全曲作詞作曲を手掛ける。バンド結成から現在までライブでは数々の知名度高いバンドと共演を果たしている。また2005年より個人名義、山本創造（SOZO）で音楽カテゴリー枠を拡張し、楽曲リミックスと共にDJキャリアをスタート。４×４なJAZZ、HOUSE、ELECTRO、ROCKTRONICA等のジャンルをミックスするカッティングエッジなDJスタイルに定評を持つ。都内最大級の生音系イベントのひとつである『spontaneous combustion』『Rockin'Jazz 』にレギュラー出演。不定期開催のイベント『Jazzy Dizzy Room』『Space Dizzy Time』のオーガナイズも手掛ける。
