Q:DELUXE TICKETとは何ですか？
A:人数限定で専用バーがありステージにも近い特別エリアです。テーブルやイスを常備し、くつろぎながら音楽を楽しむことも出来ます。テーブルやイスにつきましては指定席ではありません。ご了承ください。
Q : What is a DELUXE TICKET?
A : It is a pass granting access to an exclusive area with limited capacity, featuring a dedicated bar and close proximity to the stage. There are tables and chairs, allowing people to relax while enjoying the music. Note these tables / chairs are not reserved, and anyone with VIP access can use them.
Q:当日チケットの販売はありますか？
A:7,500YEN(U-25 6,500YEN)で発売します。
Q: How much are door tickets?
A: Door tickets will be sold for 7,500 yen.(※for U-25 6,500yen)
Q:購入したチケットをキャンセルできますか？
A:ご購入後の枚数の変更や券種の変更も一切できませんので、必要な枚数や券種を十分にご確認の上、お買い求めください。
Q: Can purchased tickets be canceled?
A: Neither ticket quantity nor ticket type can be altered after purchase. Please make sure such details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
Q:購入したチケットをなくしてしまったのですが、領収書等を見せれば入場できますか？
A:紛失、盗難などいかなる場合にもチケット再発行はできません。領収書での入場もできません。
Q: I lost the ticket I purchased. Can I gain entry to the festival grounds if I show a receipt?
A: Under no circumstances can tickets be reissued, including but not limited to loss or theft. Receipts can also not be used for entry.

Q:IDチェックはありますか？
A:入場時にIDチェックをおこないます。必ず顔写真付き身分証をご持参ください。
Q: Is there an ID check?
A: An ID check will be conducted prior to entry. Only photo IDs are accepted.
Q:顔写真付き身分証明書とは何ですか？
A:ご本人が20歳以上を証明頂くものとなりますので顔写真と生年月日が明記された運転免許、パスポート、学生証、社員証、マイナンバーカード、外国人登録証など（※いずれもコピー不可）が該当します。
Q: What constitutes an acceptable photo ID?
A: Acceptable photo IDs must prove that you are 20 years of age or older, featuring a clear photograph of your face, and indicate your date of birth. Driver's licenses, passports, student / company IDs, My Number Cards, and Residence Cards (for those of foreign nationality) are accepted. Note, however, that copies of any of these forms of ID are NOT accepted.

A:区役所/市役所にてマイナンバーカード(有料)をお作りする事をお薦めします。 発行迄に数日間かかる場合がありますので、お住いの区役所/市役所にお問い合わせください。
Q: I don't have a photo ID. What should I do?
A: We recommend you visit your local municipal office and get your My Number card issued (which incurs a small fee). Note this process requires several days. Please contact your local municipal office for more details.
Q:子供を連れて行こうと思っているのですが、入場できますか？
A:20歳未満の方のご入場はお断りいたします。

Q:クロークはありますか？
A:会場内に用意していますが、貴重品のお預かりはできません。数に限りがありますのであらかじめご了承ください。
A: Yes, there will be a cloakroom on the premises, however do note that space is limited. Furthermore, we cannot store your valuables.
Q:アルコール、ソフトドリンク、食べ物の持ち込みは可能ですか？
A:本イベントは全ての飲食物の持ち込み禁止です。
Q: Can beverages, alcoholic or non, as well as food be brought in?
A: No food or drink of any type can be brought onto the festival grounds.
Q:イスやシートの持ち込みはできますか？
A:可能ですが、使用の際は周りの迷惑にならないようご配慮をお願いします。場合によっては係員から注意をさせて頂くことがございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
Q: Can chairs / sheets be brought in?
A: Yes, however please be considerate of the festival-goers around you when using such items. Failure to do so may result in a warning from our staff.

A:ペットの入場はお断りさせていただきます。

A: Entry is not permitted for pets.
Q:会場内でカメラ、録音機材を使えますか？
A:お客様のプライバシー保護、アーティストの肖像権の保護のためカメラ、録音機材の持ち込みは一切お断りさせて頂いております。入口にて持ち物チェックを行い、カメラや録音機材を発見した際はお預かりさせて頂きます。あらかじめご了承ください。
Q: Can cameras and audio-recording equipment be used on the premises?
A: In order to protect the privacy of festival-goers, as well as the artists' publicity rights, cameras and audio-recording devices are not to be brought onto the premises. If such devices are found during the pre-entry bag check, you will not be permitted to bring them in.
Q:日傘の使用は可能ですか？
A:他のお客様の安全を考慮し、傘の使用は原則禁止です。日よけには帽子やタオル、雨天時にはレインコートの使用をお願いいたします。
Q: Is it okay to use parasols?
A: For safety reasons, the use of umbrellas of any type is prohibited. For sun protection, use sunscreen, hats, or towels. In the case of rain, please use a raincoat.

A: For the most part, yes. However, depending on your current area within the premises, the signal may be weak.
