Claudia Vazquez was born in Texas. At a young age Claudia was always surrounded by music, especially by her father who was also a singer and entertainer. Her early years were spent accompanying him to various performances and it is here that she learned the art of entertaining and found the love of music. At a mere five years of age, Claudia began performing in talent contests and local malls “wowing” those who watched the young girl sing with such power and soul. When Claudia turned six, her father joined the military and was stationed in Honolulu Hawaii, which became their home through her young adult life. It was in her Island home that Claudia gravitated to two inspirational singers, Madonna and Tina Turner because of their powerful talent and strong presence on stage. She was moved by their music and was further inspired to express herself through songs and lyrics.
As a teenager entering high school Claudia auditioned for school musicals and was ready to take on any lead role! By the age of sixteen Claudia recorded her first album of pop music where she covered such hits as “Dancing Queen” by Abba.
