cked away in their remote cosmic forest studio, Psychemagik are busy welding together a whole universe of lush, delirious, tripped out audio sonics for their long awaited studio album due for release late summer 2011.
The first official 12" from this LP ‘Valley Of Paradise/Star Lazer’ is due for release on limited edition, hand numbered, coloured vinyl in May.
They are also releasing an obscure edits album on Ambassadors Reception this summer, the first twelve ‘Ass Nation/Move Your Butt’ Scheduled for June/July.
As well as releasing edits on the super chic History Clock label, their stalwart end of nighter and festival anthem (Summer Of Love edit of Fleetwood Mac’s Everywhere) has been supported by Dj’s all around the world from Rob Da Bank on BBC Radio 1, Chris Coco on Melodica Radio and had the honour of being the last track at the closing partyat Space in Ibiza. Other remixes and edits have also been getting plays by Lauren Laverne and Nemone on BBC Radio 6 and they have just featured a guest dj mix for Annie Nightingale for Radio 1, preview it here:

They also run their own ‘Discotheque Wreckers’ imprint, a home for their less known edits.
In between digging for rare records and making beats, Psychemagik also have a reputation as the go to guys for ultra rare records you won’t find anywhere else, counting Soulwax, Lovefingers, Q-Tip, Fake Blood, Tom Middleton & Faze Action amongst others, as satisfied customers.
On top of all this, they’ve also just released a kaleidoscopic, mind bending compilation on Light Sounds Dark Records ‘After The Void’ which has had love from Todd Terje, 2 Many Dj’s, Lexx, Felix Dickenson and Jaz to name a few…
As this hits the press they are currently working on a hot n breezy, tropical disco edit due out on ‘House Of Disco Records’ also due early summer that’s guaranteed to keep the fire burnin!!
