***SCOTT BOND - TRANCE MATTER REBOOTED - 13 JULY 2013***[DOWNLOAD > PLAY > SHARE!!!]

It's funny how you can meet people along this musical journey of DJing and fast forward several years later and it's pleasing that they are still very active in the scene. I was booked to play for a night called "Trance Matter" in Brighton and the promoters were none other than Passion residents, Beaumont & Round(who have recently revived their brand "Trance Matter" whilst we are on lockdown).

It was a small, intimate venue called the H Bar and at first look, most would think this rather quirky place was a trendy wine bar. Take a further glance, you could see that it also had a basement which was converted into an underground dance-floor on most weekends. It was an ideal place to showcase
some of the REBOOTED exclusives such as Thomas Datt's superb remix of Love Like This (Beautiful Needs) which was hot off the production press at the time.

It was also at this event that I first properly met my long-time studio partner Charlie Walker. He emerged from out of the crowd with his glow sticks just after I had road-tested our track "Apocalypse".

Overall, it was a great opportunity to connect with positive and educated clubbers who were thrilled to hear fresh sounds and I'd like to think that numerous relationships blossomed during this memorable night as well.
