Bringing fresh fire to Sosumi Records, the label of legendary Groove King, Kryder, ‘Borderline’ is the anthem you’ll be hearing all summer when it drops this Wednesday!
Produced by Italian duo Stefano Pain and Francesco Molinari, the track fuses a driving bassline with an epic breakdown melody set to smash any dancefloor as the world optimistically gears up to the eagerly anticipated return of the forthcoming festival season.
Making his name on Sosumi as far back as 2014 with ‘La Revolution’, Stefano Pain has become one of the most acclaimed names in electronic music, garnering an impressive back-catalogue with releases on labels such as Nicky Romero’s Protocol, and Armin van Buuren’s Armada imprint.
Supported by Swedish House Mafia via his stormer ‘Ram Tam Tam’ - which featured heavily in the trio’s sets - he even topped the Beatport charts with ‘Bring That Noize’, signed on Laidback Luke’s MixMash label.
With fellow Italian Francesco Molinari’s strong tendency towards house/progressive/electro music embodying a familiar pattern of strong melodies and positive-sounding rhythms across his tracks, the remixer and producer has also dropped a high-profile string of bootlegs in recent times, including Dua Lipa’s ‘Don’t Start Now’, MEDUZA’s ‘Lose Control’ and Justin Bieber x Ed Sheeran collaboration ‘I Don’t Care’.
