Ever wondered what sounds are underwater?
I made a hydrophone— waterproof microphone —to explore the mysteries of underwater acoustics!
Today, I'll share my ideas to make it and some incredible resources with you.

🥗 Ingredience
- Mic Cable (Stereo)*1
- Piezo Disc *2
- Plastic Case with Lid (One size bigger than the Piezo)
- Audio Plug (Stereo) *1
- Iron Washers (2 or 3 pcs, must be smaller than diameter of the Case size)
- Rubber Coating
- Copper Foil Tape
- Solder
- Silicon
- Electric Tape

*1 Mono cable and plug are also possible.
*2 Any size you prefer.I use φ27mm.

🪛 Tools
- Cutter
- Scissors
- Cutting Pliers
- Wire Stripper
- Drilling Machine
- Hole Saw *1
- Soldering Iron
- Solder Flux
- Ruler
- Permanent Ink Pen
- Digital Multimeter (Optional )

*1 if the Plastic Case is soft, you could be abele to use the Cutter instead.
