GAIA 2025 Notes - Guideline - 【Ticket Purchase

About Ticket Purchasing

Advance tickets will be available on e-plus until Monday, September 15, a national holiday.

You will need to register for an e-plus account to purchase tickets.

Tickets will be sold electronically. Please prepare a smartphone or tablet that can access the Internet, and show the admission screen to our staff from the link in the e-mail that will be sent to your registered e-mail address after ticket purchase.

There are no refunds for cancellations or changes in artists.

Please note that cancellations after ticket purchase will not be accepted.

If the event is postponed due to unavoidable circumstances, the date will be changed or the ticket price will be refunded.

About your visit to the event

Admission tickets are for 3-day passes only, and single-day passes are not available.

Wristbands will be used as proof of admission.
If the wristband is removed upon re-entry, it will be invalid.

No food, drink, drugs, or dangerous items may be brought into the venue.
Please note that we will check your belongings at the time of admission.

Children under 16 years old are admitted free of charge. Children under 16 years old are admitted free of charge, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

If you are found to have made an unauthorized entry, you will be turned over to the police for any reason and will be liable to pay compensation for damages.

Parking

Free tent sites are available.

If you pitch your tent outside of the designated camping area, you may be asked to move your tent.

Campfires are allowed in the camping area, but open flames are prohibited.

We are not responsible for any accidents caused by fire equipment. Please be very careful.

We do not collect garbage. Please be sure to take your garbage home with you.

Playing music on speakers
It is strictly prohibited to listen to music on speakers or other devices in the camping area, as it may disturb other visitors.

Please do not set up your speakers in areas other than the tent sites within the venue.

During the event

The organizer and venue will not be responsible for any accidents that occur inside or outside the venue.
The organizers and the venue will not be held responsible for any loss or theft of valuables.

Bringing in or using drugs, dangerous items, etc. is legally prohibited. If discovered, you will be forced to leave the venue.

Any person who fights in the venue, acts of violence, obstructs the event, or causes inconvenience to other guests, or does not follow the instructions of the staff will be forcibly removed from the venue under all circumstances.

If any equipment or other property is damaged or malfunctions, you will be held fully responsible for the damage.

We do not collect garbage. Please be sure to take your garbage home with you.

Littering of cigarettes is strictly prohibited. Please smoke in designated areas or use portable ashtrays.

Pets are allowed to participate in events, but please do not bring them onto the dance floor.

Bringing/playing musical instruments
Please do not bring in or play drums, djembes, flutes, etc. so as not to disturb others.

The organizers will not be responsible for any theft, injuries, fights, or problems at the venue.

The venue is a national monument, so please do not do anything that will damage the plants.

Please do not drink excessively. Drunken persons may be forced to leave the venue. Please understand this beforehand.

Sexual harassment, disorderly conduct, or behavior that disturbs other participants is prohibited. Those who do not follow the instructions of the staff may be asked to leave the venue.
