Two Fresh is about two brothers - Jesse Desenberg (aka Kid Kenobi) and Myles Desenberg (aka Hugga Thugg) - finally deciding to get off their ass and write some music together. Two Fresh launched in 2008 with their remix of The Jump Off's “Rackhunters” which swiftly landed a top 10 position in the ARIA Club Charts within a matter of weeks. After nearly two months in the top 20, Two Fresh dropped their second bomb, a remix for P-Money and Vince Harder's “Everything” which also wasted no time landing a top 20 chart position.
In 2009, Myles relocated to South London while Jesse remained at his home base in Sydney. Not hindered by the remote nature of this new project, Two Fresh tinkered away between two studios on opposite sides of the world, quickly learning that Soundcloud and Sendspace would be their new best friends. The transatlantic nature of Two Fresh didn't hold them back ? their first two singles “Too Fresh” and “Bhanga” both repeated the pattern of landing top 20 ARIA Club Chart positions and both received radio support from Triple J in Australia and Kissy Sellout's BBC Radio One show. Clearly making a stamp on the Australian market in their launch phase, Australia beckoned Myles to spend two months downunder for the summer season to rehearse their multi deck, multi mixer, multi EFX show which they took on the road from November 2009 ? February 2010, playing 14 club dates and a number of Australian summer festivals.
Being fans of Vince Harder following their remix in 2008 of “Everything”, and not shy of a cross country/cross continental collaboration, Two Fresh & Vince hit the studio in late 2009 which resulted in their most exciting single to date. “Whatcha” after the first week on promo received numerous additions on a number of radio networks in Australia ahead of its Australian/New Zealand June release date.
With a diverse array of industry fans including Kissy Sellout, Steve Aoki, Bloody Beetroots, Larry Tee, Foamo, Oh Snap! and more, its only a matter of time before Two Fresh are embraced by fans on dancefloors around the globe.
