we've teamed up with our Zouk Live Fitness Instructor Jean Liew (@jeanliew83) and came up with some active workout moves that you could do at home in less than half hour!
Workout sequence 💪:
1 min each set of work & 1 min rest in between each circuit
Circuit 1 - Lower Body (2 rounds)
A - Alternating Squat + Lunge
B - Squat Jacks
Circuit 2 - Upper Body (2 rounds)
A - Push Up + Shoulder Taps
B - Burpees
Circuit 3 - Core (2 rounds)
A - Butterfly Sit-Ups
B - Mountain Climbers (REPEAT If you have another 15 mins to spare)
