Workout sequence:
1. Pelvic Thrust : 3 sets x 20 reps
2. Fire Hydrants: 3 sets x 10 reps for LEFT & RIGHT
3. Doggy Kicks: 3 sets x 10 reps for LEFT & RIGHT
4. Straight Leg Kicks: 3 sets x 10 reps for LEFT & RIGHT
5. Leg Circles: 3 sets x 20 reps for LEFT & RIGHT
6. Squats: 60 reps
7. Sumo Squats: 3 sets x 10 reps
8. Sitting Squat: 1 minute
9. Pulsing Squat: 1 minute
