Workout sequence:
40s Work / 20s Rest - 6 sets (2 exercises alternating)

A - Pot Shoulder Press
B - Pot Thrusters

Circuit 2
A - Pot Front Raise
B - Side Lateral Raise with Isometric Hold

Circuit 3
A - Chair Dips
B - Pot Overhead Tricep Extensions

Circuit 4
A - incline Push Up
B - Pot Bentover Row
