1 min work for each exercise
1. Squat to Calf Raise
2. Sumo Squat + 3 Pulses
3. Forward + Reverse Lunge
4. Alternate Side Lunge
5. Curtsy Lunge
6. Glute Bridge
7. Fire Hydrants
8. Clam Shells
9. Donkey Kicks
10. Glute Kickback
Repeat 2-4 rounds if you like!
