佐賀県生まれ、東京在住。高校卒業と同時に上京しCLUB活動にハマる。ハウスやテクノを好んで聞くようになり、毎週のように遊びにいくようになる。収集癖があり、色々な人や物に刺激を受け、DJと平行してフライヤーなどを作ったり作らなかったり。現在では、下北沢barShamの立ち上げに関わり、勢いに乗せられ、MILKY LIQUIDと毎月第三土曜日に「PARADISE R.I.P.」というパーティーを続けている。

Absorbed much of her training behind the decks as a photographer of some of the best Djs across the spectrum. Since 2000, She was part of the dance music culture in Victoria, BC, Vancouver and the Sunshine Coast learning the craft of DJing house,techno, psy trance, down tempo and dubstep.
Musically, Raquel started djing as a pet project with the women’s collective Godizus out of Vancouver late in 2006. By New Years weekend she was playing her first public Psy trance set as Raq’elF at the “Fish Bowl”.
During the following 2007 year, she has played, documented and produced a number of events from house parties, weekend music festivals to event halls. Her sets range from psy trance to chill to downtempo playing deep melodic tracks. She has collaborated on a track with Akhentek, worked on collaborative performances with guitar player Christian Prekratic and is playing some of the largest festivals of the summer including Shambhala Music Festival 10.
Since then Raqelf has continued to play psy chill and downtempo crossing genres into soul and dub. Running a venue on the Sunshine Coast she is putting her skills together to now include Visuals.
