The first wave of artists for MOSHI MOSHI NIPPON FESTIVAL 2015 in TOKYO have been announced. The festival will take place at Tokyo National Gymnasium for three days from Nov 6 – 8.
The theme for Day 1 is MOSHI ANI, where five anime singers, including May’n, Runa Haruna and Nagi Yanagi, will rock the crowd with everyone’s favourite anime songs.
On the next day, the main stage titled MOSHI POP will be joined by a total of 14 J-pop artists and bands as well as “KAWAII” models, who have been touring around the world with the MOSHI MOSHI NIPPON team. Participating acts include Silent Siren, Natsume Mito, LovelyDOLL, Niji no Conquistador and Yamaguchi Kassei Gakuen.
The last day of the event, titled MOSHI COOL, will showcase the Japanese club scene and subcultures with 12 artists including CAPSILE, m-flo (DJ SET), WORLD ORDER, CTS, Charisma.com and Suiyobi no Campanella.
Over the three massive days, visitors can enjoy all kinds of Japanese soul food and B-grade gourmet at JAPAN FOOD FESTIVAL, which will be located just outside the venue. The area will also be joined by Japan’s largest meat celebration, Niku Fes. Aside from all the food booths, there will be a mini stage, matsuri area and more stalls to showcase and promote Japanese fashion and beauty products, making the festival a great place to experience all aspects of Japanese culture in many different ways.
Tickets will be available to purchase on the official website, starting on 31 Aug at 6PM. Foreign passport holders will receive free admission by registering for the event in advance and flashing their passports upon entrance.
