Soichi Terada received a global re-evaluation from the re-edited album "Sounds From The Far East" released by the long-established Dutch label Rush Hour in 2015. His far eastern house music discovered in Europe, has gained many good reputations mainly overseas along with his positive live set, and he became one of the representative artist in Japan loved by many music fans. Numerous tracks released by his own label Far East Recording which was founded in 1988 are full of rich musicality, including the sound creation that stands out with the moist piano and the deep sound that makes you feel the influence of jazz and soul. Especially, Nami Shimada's "Sun Shower" is the masterpiece that was heavily played by Larry Levan who is known as one of the DJs at Paradise Garage. He released the his new album "ASAKUSA LIGHT" in 2022 for the first time in 25 years and he has started playing his new live set all over the world since then.
