A new musical experience in the nature! Open air festival「rural 2017」from 7/15（sat）〜17 (mon/holiday)!!!
This year "rural" will take place in Nagano prefecture, at Sakukogen Kokutei Park inside Uchiyama Bokujyo Camp area!!
"rural" has been highly anticipated and the early bird discount tickets were SOLD OUT in just 3 minutes on their website. "rural" has also been selected for "Top 10 July Festivals" on Resident Advisor for 2 years in a row!
For the phase one artist announcement, "rural" announced that GAS will be joining the lineup and perform his very first LIVE set in Japan. This is perfect timing since he recetly just released his new album! He hadn't released an album for 17 years prior to this one!
For the second phase artist announcement, they announced a very special artist representing the underground techno scene in Spain, Svreca, as well as Roly Porter, who has been very popular amongst music festivals all around the world! The announcement also included Sappire Slows, famous for her ghostly ambient vibes, founder of "MNML SSGS" Chris SSG and asyl cachie from Brooklyn, NY!
Third phase artist announcement was just made last week and includes Lena Willikens, famous for her techno/new wave/low house/disco sounds, Nuel who is the co-owner of music label "Aquaplano," Asusu and Batu representing th
e underground scene in Bristol! 
There will also be local DJ's performing at "rural." Kyoka & Ueno Masaki who have been releasing under "raster-noton" and started their own music festival. Also, Wata Igarashi who has been invited to play at various international music festivals!!!
