Good news. For those of you who don't have a credit card, you can now pay for tickets and other products on iFLYER using your local Lawson convenience store.

How to Pay from a Convenience Store

To use this method, simply select the option during checkout.

Make sure your name is entered in Romaji/English characters and double-check that your email address is entered correctly.

Important instructions will be sent to your email which you will need to complete the payment. Make sure to check your spam box, too. Then visit your nearest Lawson by midnight, two days after you placed your order, find the "Loppi" machine and follow the instructions.

No Paper Ticket

Note that the convenience store will NOT issue you a paper ticket. Wait about an hour and check your iFLYER app or log into iFLYER using a browser and check for your ticket in your tickets section.

Limitations

Sometimes events get canceled. When this happens usually all customers will be refunded. However, if you paid using a convenience store, it's more difficult for us to refund your money. In this case, the cost of sending the money back to you will be deducted from the ticket value, which is much more expensive than using a credit card.

If you have access to a credit or debit card, we strongly recommend that you use that option, instead.

Other Restrictions

  • You may only make two payment requests per ticket type at a time. This means if you make a mistake, for example, you wanted only 2 tickets, but you ordered 3, you can go back and fix it only once. After that, you will have to wait up to three days before you can do it again.
  • Some tickets or events may not accept convenience store payments at all.
  • For inventory management reasons, when a ticket first goes on sale, and 48 hours before it ends, the convenience store payment option may not be available. There may be other cases when convenience store payments are not available.
