A vanguard of nightlife, she is the Mama-san of the Members Only club CASBA in Ebisu. On the must go to list for International celebrities and artists, CASBA is the last stop on a Tokyo night out. Born Reiko Masuda on 28th November 1963, she is a graduate of Bunka Fashion College. Starting in apparel sales, in ’89 Reiko became the proprietress of Shibaura Members Bar Yoshiwara. In ’96 Reiko opened CASBA, popular to this day with locals and overseas patrons alike.
