Takahiro Sakaguchi started his DJ career in 1979 at a night club called "BRICK HOUSE", which was the hottest spot for soul & funk music in Osaka at that time. In 1982, he moved to Los Angeles to pursuit his career. His extraordinary feelings toward black music, which was very unusual for Japanese at that time, was soon recognized in the club scenes of L.A. He spun for some event at "Marverick's Flat" which was known as the apollo theater of the west coast. And also he spun at popular club like "Moody's","C-West", and "Page Four". After returning to Japan, he played at "CLEO PALAZZIE" and became the main DJ at "MAHARAJA" in 1984. He was also invited to spin for the opening night at clubs such as "DYNASTY" and "OXYGEN". Through these activities from the late 70s through the 90s, he was always at the forefront of the club scenes in Osaka. He is known for his unique mix of soul and funk music, even now he has never lost his sense of groove....
